Delivery

Blank Atelier ships to all countries in the EU as well as to the United Kingdom. Costs for delivery are free of charge, however, for returns costs may apply.

We do our very best to process your order withing 2-3 business days. Customer are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. For shipments within the EU we use DHL. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 business days. After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account.

Should the delivery be delayed for more than 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case, you are requested to contact our Customer Service at customercare@blankatelier.com.  

Orders will arrive at the nearest service point and you will be notified by letter or, if selected, by SMS.

Orders that have been delivered and are not picked up within 14 days are returned to us. If the parcel is not picked up on time, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Blank Atelier assumes the transport risk when the goods are delivered to you. However, the customer is responsible for the transport risk when the goods are returned to us, if a return of the goods is necessary. 

Exchanges and returns

Blank Atelier has a 14 day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused, unaltered and unwashed, and are in their original condition. On sales items, Blank Atelier offer a 14 days right of withdrawal. For all returns, you must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received. 

Blank Atelier reserves the right to reject returns, which do not comply with our return policy as stated in these terms and conditions. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

Right of Withdrawal (applies for orders made by Swedish consumers)

According to the Swedish Distance and the home sales Act, you as a consumer has 14 days right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is counted from the day you received the items. Refunds are paid as soon as possible, and no longer than 14 days after we received your message regarding right of withdrawal. We use the same payment method as was used at the time when the order was placed.

Process for returns

Simply send us an e-mail: customercare@blankatelier.com and write "return" and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.

Place the item/items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.

Hand it in at your nearest DHL Service Point.

Blank Atelier suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.

 

Refunds

If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items, excluding costs for delivery. However, when the refund is based on your withdrawal, you will bear the cost of returning the products, unless otherwise agreed by us.

Blank Atelier will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide Blank Atelier with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel.

Blank Atelier will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you do not meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items, which you keep after the return.

Please note that Blank Atelier has a right to deduct the sum correspondingly with a depreciation of an item, if the depreciation has occurred due to that you as a customer has handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the property and function of the product. 

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order until delivery has commenced, by contacting us at customercare@blankatelier.com. Once the delivery has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel your delivery. Please note that preorders and custom orders may not be available for cancellation. 

 

Notice of defects and complaints

Blank Atelier guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is delivered to the customer. Should the product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you as a customer may send us a notice of defect/complaint about the product. The right of complaint is valid for 3 years. A reasonable time to notify us regarding a defect in a delivered product is no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered.

You are requested to contact us at customercare@blankatelier.com. Please contact us as soon as possible from the day you picked up your order. 

Complaints are accepted for manufacturing defects/errors and damage during transport. 

We need your order number, a description of the error, and preferably a photo of the faulty product. We may ask that you return the faulty product so we can inspect it. If we find a manufacturing defect/error or damage caused during transport, we will accept the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the customer is reimbursed for any costs for the return of the product. Please note that a complaint must always be made within a reasonable period of time (two (2) months are always considered reasonable time) and no later than three (3) years after receipt of the item. If a complaint is approved, we will compensate you by repairing the existing product, replacing it with a new equivalent product, giving you a price reduction or by refunding your payment for the product (including shipping and return costs). 

We will refund the customer within business 10 days from the date on which the agreement has been correctly terminated. The refund is completed by using the same payment method you used when completing the purchase. If we ask that the product is returned for inspection, a full refund will be made provided that the item is delivered to us in substantially the same condition as it was when the item was delivered to you. If a returned product has been used or handled to a greater extent than necessary for determining its characteristics and function, Blank Atelier is entitled to make a deduction for the depreciation of the item which may be up to the full price of the product. 

 

Disputes 

It is always our ambition to solve any problems together with our customers. In the event of a dispute, reference is always made to The National Board for Consumer Disputes. Blank Atelier always follows the board's recommendations. You can also use the online complaints platform available on the European Commission's website, available at EC Online Dispute Resolution

 

Severability clause

In the event that parts of these terms and conditions are declared void or ruled by a court or regulatory authority to be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. 

Under these terms and conditions, Blank Atelier is exempt from liability for damages or delays on the performance of a contract, hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such release factors are floods, fires, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, pandemics, poor transport and weather conditions and war.

Prices

On our website, prices are shown in SEK or EUR, and are inclusive of VAT. Please note that exchange rates for EUR-prices are automatic and will fluctuate based on market exchange rates.

In the last step of the order, you will, prior to confirming your order, be able to see the amount to pay with VAT included. In the product basket, and before you complete your order, you can also see the eventual costs for delivery.

Discount and promotion codes

Blank Atelier may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code.

Promotions with codes are in general only valid once - and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will no longer be valid.

Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, and you must therefore ensure that the promotion code/voucher is registered before you place an order with us. Blank Atelier does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.

Blank Atelier reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by us, it is always stated that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Blank Atelier thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. 

 

Payment 

Your order is confirmed when you click on “Complete purchase”. Should your payment fail, you can try again or change payment options in the next step.

  • Pay at the end of the month (SEK 39): The invoice is sent to your email address when the package has been sent from us. If you use the Klarna app, the invoice will arrive there.
  • Monthly invoice (SEK 29): Collect your purchases on a monthly invoice.
  • Klarna account: Klarna account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives you the opportunity to pay off your purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved in  checkout. When you purchase a product online from us, Blank Atelier will process your contact details in order to: (i) process purchases/orders and returns, exchanges and complaints; (ii) communicate with you regarding the purchases; and (iii) answer/administer any questions that you may have regarding Blank Atelier’s products. Our legal basis is that the processing is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the purchase agreement. 

Blank Atelier will process your contact details and previous purchases and returns online during 36 months after the purchase. The information will be processed for the following purposes: 

Administering returns and complaints. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to provide our customer with efficient service after the purchase. 

For the purpose of sending out invitations to special events/promotions, personalized services in store and profiled marketing offers through e-mail or other messenger services. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the Membership Policy.

If you make a purchase online and chose to pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card information on the website for the purpose of making payment for the purchase. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the purchase agreement. 

ID number: If you chose to make your payment by invoice, you may be required to provide your personal ID number on our website. Your ID number will be directly transferred and available only to our payment service provider, which will process your ID number to be able to obtain a credit report and to facilitate your payment. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary for us to ensure accurate identification of our customers for invoice purposes and to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the purchase agreement. We will retain your data for as long as necessary for this purpose.

If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, we will process certain basic detail for the purpose of sending out such newsletter. The legal basis for such processing is your consent. 4. Does Blank Atelier share your information with others?

We do not sell or rent our customer’s personal data to any other entity. We may share your data with affiliated companies. Blank Atelier may also share your data with selected suppliers who perform functions on our behalf. As necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Blank Atelier’ behalf and in accordance with Blank Atelier’ instructions. We do not authorize any of our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data. If Blank Atelier and/or its subsidiaries are subject to an actual or potential merger or acquisition or similar transaction, we may share your data with potential and actual buyer(s) and their financial and legal advisers. 

We use the services of Shopify to host our store who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your personal data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your personal data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

8. Do I have to provide personal data to Blank Atelier? 

When you purchase our products online we will inform you which data is mandatory by marking certain fields with a "Optional". It is necessary for Blank Atelier to obtain such details in order to be able to fulfill our contractual obligation with you, for example processing your order,

Blank Atelier does not wish to collect personal information from anyone under the age of fifeteen (15).
